Sometimes  we fail to understand the most basic of the beauty around us. We tend to give in to the harsh and ruthless laws and attitudes that surround us. We do not realize that even we are beautiful. A similar incident happened today. I was with my friend Aadi at Connaught Place (commercial hub in Delhi) When we were going to take the metro, my friend realized that his token was not working. I had left before him so had

passed the barrier but, he could not. Suddenly a  young girl right behind him extender her hand and gave him the token. Aadi,was so mesmerized with her simplicity and humbleness that he took her token,crossed the barrier, speechless as he was just said ‘thanks’ and ran to catch the metro (also because I was shouting at him to hurry up!)  We don’t know if that girl could pass through it or not! She looked very simple, as if she did not belong to a metro city. Beauty with simplicity just knocked my friend off his senses.

The entire day he was thinking of how beautiful and simple she looked and the best part was that all the time he had a  smile on his face, thinking about her.

Later in the day  I thought that, we underestimate ourselves so much naa? That girl maybe has no idea till date that, some guy is praising her beauty and is mesmerized by her innocent nature and simplicity. Everyone is beautiful to the the eyes that know what real beauty is. So are and and so am I….
